Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and wbwin ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the wbwin platform, you expressly agree to comply with all provisions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using our platform immediately. Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the Terms is considered your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are to be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are considered part of this agreement.

User Eligibility

To register and use wbwin services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• A citizen or lawful permanent resident in the country where you reside.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period imposed by yourself or a third party.
• Not declared bankrupt or subject to insolvency proceedings under applicable law.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of another person.

wbwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identity card (MyKad), passport, or other legally valid documents.

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Opening multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts without notice.

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information.
• Update your profile information whenever any changes occur.
• Keep your account password confidential.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

wbwin is not responsible for any loss arising from a password that is not kept secure or unauthorised access that is not reported within a reasonable time.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The wbwin platform supports various deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The applicable financial conditions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the method chosen.

All transactions are subject to security checks. wbwin reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the payment account information you provide.

wbwin does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges that are beyond our control.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

wbwin offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements set out.

Regarding the wbwin welcome bonus:

• 100% welcome bonus of up to RM1,000 on the first deposit.
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM3,200 → Wagering required: RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

Additional conditions for bonuses:

• Only one welcome bonus is eligible per new member.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash.
• wbwin reserves the right to withdraw or cancel a bonus if there is misuse or a breach of terms.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.

User Conduct

wbwin users are required to comply with the following code of conduct throughout their use of the platform:

• It is prohibited to use automation software, bots, or any technological tools designed to exploit the gaming system.
• It is prohibited to collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes or place bets in a manner that is detrimental to the platform.
• It is prohibited to engage in any form of fraud, including using stolen or falsified payment information.
• It is prohibited to use a wbwin account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• You must behave politely and respectfully towards customer support staff at all times.

Breach of any of the above provisions may result in permanent suspension or closure of the account, withholding of any existing balance, and/or appropriate legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content found on the wbwin platform, including but not limited to brand names, logos, website design, graphics, text, gaming software, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of wbwin or our licensed partners.

You are not permitted to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any platform content without prior written permission.
• Use the wbwin name or logo for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineer any software used in the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

wbwin reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user for the following reasons:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Opening of multiple accounts.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• A self-exclusion request from the user themselves.

If your account is closed for a valid reason and there has been no breach of terms, any valid balance in your account will be returned to you within a reasonable period after the investigation is complete.

Limitation of Liability

wbwin is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruption due to system maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unfavourable betting or gaming outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Transaction processing delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

The maximum total liability of wbwin to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Amendments to Terms

wbwin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via notices displayed on the platform or through their registered email. However, it is your responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure you are aware of the latest applicable Terms.

Law and Jurisdiction

The wbwin platform operates under an international licence issued by a recognised licensing authority. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of our licensing jurisdiction.

Should any dispute arise out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable time, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by our licensing body.
